INGREDIENTS
- 3 small taco shells
- 3 oz ground beef
- 1 oz low sodium low fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 medium peach
Instructions
Prepare beef: Cook 95% extra lean ground sirloin with 1/2 bottle of medium taco sauce. Add 1 cup diced onions and 1 cup green peppers. Cook beef thoroughly with vegetables and add taco sauce and simmer for 8 minutes more. Salsa or make your own spice combination can be used to season meat too. Serve with peach.
